About the Artist...

This page is about Jez Cuer, a talented freelance artist and graphic designer based in Leicester, United Kingdom who illustrated both the Gazi books, "Captain Juliet" and "The Diamond Thief".

Born in 1956, Jez is an English professional freelance Artist and Sculptor with a huge passion for fun. Jez tries to bring a sense of humour into his artwork, and hopes to manage to raise a smile or two.

Jez's favourite subject is cats and with a cat's loveable childlike behaviour, their exaggerated characters and the amusing antics they get up to, he cannot help but be inspired.

Jez also prides himself in the originality of his work. He is capable of producing unique artwork in any style required including sculptures, logos and fantasy work. Imagination, and the ability to put ideas to paper effectively, are his great strengths.
